We called Shaw Plumbing due to a sump pump issue and a search on the internet showed them as a business who dealt with sump pumps. We called them at 4:40 p.m. on Monday and an appointment was set up for early the next day!
George was not able to fix the sump pump as it appeared to be an electrical issue and not his area of expertise. He was very professional, friendly, and answered questions we had about our system!

After 2 other services could not get out to evaluate our situation in a timely manner, I called Shaw Plumbing. It was 10 a.m. The gentleman I spoke with in their office was great. He told me that they could have someone at my place at 1 p.m. David was the technician that showed up. Right on time. I explained the problem. Very well-mannered man and very friendly. We had a small lake in and surrounding our pump house and no water. He quickly discovered the problem then explained to me what needed to be done. A cracked supply line to the house inside the pump house. No one likes the cost for plumbing repairs, but their prices were fair and considerably better than other companies I've used before.
