Our service technician, Jason, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. It’s good to know that there are plumbers out there who know how to work older boiler/radiator systems. Our home is a 1909 Craftsman bungalow home with a water boiler that was converted to natural gas back in the 1930s.
It worked 22 years without any issues until last week. Jason had it back up and running within an hour. Thank you, Shaw Plumbing. Hoping to get another 22 years out of it.

We had a water emergency very early in the morning and couldn’t turn the shower off, so we ended up having to turn the water off completely. They Have Always Done a First Rate Service
It was a Friday afternoon, and I discovered a pinhole leak between my utility room wall in my basement. Shaw was able to dispatch a plumber out to my house within an hour. On a Friday afternoon, that’s just plain lucky. Cody was great. He had the issue resolved in about 30 minutes. I also had Cody come back the following Monday to flush my tankless water heater. I’m always pleased with the quality and professionalism of their plumbers and use them exclusively because they have always done a first rate service for me.

Cory came out to replace the piping for my bathroom. When he did the estimate, he carefully explained what needed to be done and what could wait. I opted to re-pipe all the cast iron for the bathroom in my 120-year-old house. The results are beautiful, and now I'm not worried about the rust causing a plumbing emergency.
