Called one company and explained I was a commercial company and needed to repair/replace our hot water tank. They told me they would have someone call me. This was late on a Friday afternoon. By the following Tuesday I had not received a call back. So, I called the company. They explained they didn't have a plumber licensed to work commercial. H'mmm! Why didn't they tell me last Friday. I called Shaw Plumbing. The receptionist informed me that one of their technicians was just about completing a job and he would call me when he was on his way. Within a couple of hours the plumber, George, was at my office. I showed him the tank. After a few minutes of testing the elements and confirming the age of the tank, he advised it needed to be replaced. George wasn't sure he could find the same brand or the 80-gallon capacity we desired. He said he would do some research and let me know what he finds. A couple hours later at 5:30 p.m., George called me to confirm he'd found the brand and size tank I requested and it was local. So, we set up an appointment for installation the next day. I really appreciated Shaw Plumbing's prompt response and George's can-do attitude.

They were right there in the morning, and the technician Mekie was great in being honest about the faucet that I had and helping me get a better quality replacement. He was finished in very short order and took all the old stuff out with him. Very pleasant and worked to get me a faucet that fit into my budget. I would 100 percent recommend this company.

Jason was wonderful and very knowledgeable
Our service technician, Jason, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. It’s good to know that there are plumbers out there who know how to work older boiler/radiator systems. Our home is a 1909 Craftsman bungalow home with a water boiler that was converted to natural gas back in the 1930s.
It worked 22 years without any issues until last week. Jason had it back up and running within an hour. Thank you, Shaw Plumbing. Hoping to get another 22 years out of it.

We had a water emergency very early in the morning and couldn’t turn the shower off, so we ended up having to turn the water off completely.
