Once we decided on a course of action, he got straight to work and unclogged our pipe. He is kind, respectful, and again - is a total pro. All of this after multiple at-home attempts to unclog it myself, which included an unsuccessful 25-ft. snake.

I had a recurring issue with a plugged basement sewer pipe that I knew could not be resolved without the help of a professional plumber or a video optic cable. Shaw made the visit with the video cable and transponder locator free of charge. Showed me approximately where the problem was with instruction to remove a faulty backflow valve that I would not have known or thought of. I cannot stop singing praises for Shaw Plumbing. They are fast, friendly, and professional. In January, we found out we had to have approx. 25 ft of our sewer line replaced. They came in several thousand less than other plumbers and were done by 1. I think the longest part was waiting for the city inspector to check it out. I called this morning for a clog that was causing our sink to drain into our tub. I called, and within 15 minutes David S. was there to save the day! He gave us a quote for some repiping (the previous owners were DIY happy in the bad way). He was very kind, informative, and professional. He even cleaned our tub/shower for us, which I will add was quite nasty from the sink draining into it. Where most companies won’t even clean up after themselves, Shaw Plumbing continues to impress me. They will forever be the ONLY plumbing company I use. Thank you for everything!
