Amazing work, prompt and patient with explaining things as well. We have been through the ringer with very expensive costs of other companies and doing faulty work, then not following through with customers just to make a buck off generic brand crap. Don't let popular name companies talk you into buying tankless; it is costly! Shaw Plumbing, and especially George, is wonderful! Our water heater started leaking badly. I called Shaw Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Very quickly, I had an appointment the same day for someone to look at it. David met us at the house and explained that the water heater had failed. He got a new one picked up and installed that same afternoon. He also fixed a few plumbing issues that were pointed out in a recent home inspection. His work was done neatly and as quoted in the estimate. We are super pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work. Would call them again!

Shaw Plumbing has always been there for me for my water needs. Whether it’s identifying a leak, cleaning a drain, or replacing a water heater, they do it, and do it right the first time. David Stephans replaced my water heater, ensured piping was up to code, and went above and beyond to swap out my old rusty valves. My water is coming in at a new speed and is no longer making a noise in the sweet spot of temperature. He then showed me how to maintain and adjust the temperature if I needed. We had Corey come out to flush and de-scale our tankless water heater that was WAY overdue for maintenance. He was on time, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. I contacted another plumbing company to service my water heater after receiving a promotion in the mail. The company scheduled me two days in a row and never came out to my house, and they didn't contact me to let me know they were not going to make it. I called Shaw Plumbing shortly afterwards, and they were spectacular. Kind, courteous, communicative, and professional. They kept me in the loop, were straightforward with me about pricing, and finished the job the day they said they would and even a little early. Ernie was my main plumber, and he was great. The technician Cory was prompt, professional, and personable. I chose Shaw because of the three plumbing companies I contacted for a quick quote for my leaking water heater, they called me back first (within an hour of me leaving a message), and then Cory was able to stop out and give me a quote the same day. I hired Shaw and Cory was able to complete the work within two days of my original call. The install went well and my new water heater is working great. Skip the big chain plumbers and just call Shaw, Spokane's local professional plumbing company.

Update: Today is March 25, 2025. Hot water heater did something weird. I called Shaw thinking I would get a recording. Rachel answered. (Thank you.) She was kind and set me up with Cory for today. The same wonderful man that saved our butts during the arctic weather over a year ago. I really can't say how genuinely nice this company is. They care. They understand the importance of taking care of the community. I really can't thank them enough. I highly recommend and will call again. Thank you Shaw, and Rachel. Cory, you're one of a kind and I hope Shaw appreciates your dedication and the pride you put into all that you do. I have to say, since we had that arctic weather in Jan. 2024 our dad's hot water heater went out. I called around and had Gold &---- come in. Just walked in, glanced at heater and walked out. Just said you need new heater with a quote of 2000ish. Had Shaw come look and they actually took it apart, tested it. Cory explained every process. He was professional and he gave us options. He came back today with Nathan and they WORKED. You don't think about spiders or cobwebs, or even the tight walkways or spaces until they are lugging the tanks up and down. They are knowledgeable and HARD working. They cleaned up, even let me get a pic to share with you all. Shaw Plumbing is my new go to. I think you'd like them too. THANK YOU CORY AND NATHAN. I just have to say that if I need plumbing services in the future, my call will definitely be to Shaw Plumbing! They came out to fix a problem with getting hot water without having to wait a long time. After they left, we noticed it was still taking quite a while to get hot water throughout the house. I called a few days later, not expecting much, but to my surprise, they came back out, made some more changes, and now we have hot water throughout the house without a long wait. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me that they backed their work. I’m sure some companies would just say that’s the best it can get, but these guys worked hard and I appreciate the integrity, professionalism, and service after the sale!

Shaw Plumbing and their plumber, David, were great! My elderly parents' 12-year-old water heater gave up over the weekend. My husband and I called first thing Monday morning, and Shaw was able to get David out to my parents by the afternoon. David was knowledgeable, explained what was going on with the old heater, and gave us our options without pressure. He was able to get a new water heater, replaced the old one, and explained the set-up of the new one. My parents are happy to have hot water in their house again.
