Thank you, Shaw Plumbing Services! We had Shaw Trenchless out to take a look at our sewer line after another company told us that we had extensive damage in that area ($7k-$8k to excavate and fix). We were able to watch Shaw run the camera in our sewer line, and he let us know that the 'damaged' areas weren't damaged at all. He was thorough in his explanation as to why they were in good shape, and that they would hold up for years to come. Thank you, Shaw, for your honesty and integrity! We'll be using your services for all of our future plumbing needs!

There aren't enough good words for me to use for this company and the way they run their business. I have been dealing with large-scale plumbing issues for 7 years now, which means I have interacted with people in the plumbing industry at least twice a year for the last 7 years. This last time I decided to get not only a second opinion on a job, but a third. And I am so glad I did! Shaw has been such a breath of fresh air from their customer service to the quality and integrity in the work they deliver. And this is all before we even break ground on the big project. We had amazing experiences with JB from trenchless, then Clay from plumbing. They treated us with respect and collaborated to come up with the best plan for us. David came in to camera our line and mark locations of the big job. He went above and beyond to get this job done, as getting into our main line was not easy, and made very clear and precise markings, which is so important when we are getting ready for a huge job. Like I said, we have not broken ground on that job yet, but this is the first time I am going into big plumbing work reassured that it is going to be done correctly and with pride in the services they deliver. That peace of mind is irreplaceable when I have had as many bad experiences with plumbing agencies as we have had. We will be customers for life, and I am sure to write another review after the job is done because I'm sure that experience will be just as amazing as every step of this has been already. Performed trenchless sewer line repair on our property. Awesome process as it sure beats tearing up the lawn, landscaping, and street. More cost-effective as well. Both crews did an excellent job. Very professional and kept me informed about the process. As a Civil Engineer involved in hundreds of construction projects over the past 30 plus years, I was extremely satisfied with the work these folks did.
