David S from Shaw did a great job on replacing some leaking propane piping on the outside of my house, installing a whole-house water sediment filter that I purchased, and replacing a couple of leaking ball valves and a copper manifold to connect it all to existing lines inside my house. He listened to what I wanted, communicated effectively on cost and the appointment timing, and completed the work quickly. The pricing was fair for the amount of copper and time required. I recommend David and Shaw to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Below is the comment I added several years ago. Since that time, we have always used Shaw Plumbing. Now that they do heating and air, that's an added plus. Jason and Dalton were just here and we had our annual mini boiler cleaned. So happy that Shaw now has heating included. They did a great job, very polite, always happy with anything that Shaw does in our house! We just moved from Los Angeles to Washington 2 months ago. We were prepared, in advance, that due to the age of the home there would be repairs needed. We contacted a few plumbing companies for bids on getting rid of the galvanized pipes, replacing with Pex. We contacted Shaw Plumbing for a bid. I went through everything with Tracy, then Hank. Hank provided us with a very fair bid. They just finished the job with minimal holes in the walls! We were extremely happy with the results!! They were here for 3 days and while here they were very friendly and respectful. We will never use any other plumber and we will always recommend them. Thank you so very much Hank, Tracy, and Clay!!!

The Shaw folks installed a cartridge filter and replaced our malfunctioning ball valve today. Or at least that was the original plan. They were also going to replace the pressure sensor on the sediment tank, which had had a slow leak for a long time. Well, that turned into a bigger deal. Come to find out, the "T" right out of the tank was corroded and cracked, most likely from the initial installation. So they tried to repair first, and when that didn't work, we decided on a new pressure tank and "T." It was past the original timeline, but they ran out to the supply store, got the required parts, and came back to finish the job so we'd have water tonight. We are so appreciative of George and Clay's hard work. We also had Jason on the HVAC side replace a squeaky part. He went the extra mile and found some other issues at the same time. We highly recommend Shaw's! You won't be disappointed.

Shaw's Plumbing Services is F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C!!! My house was built in 1946 and badly needed a new irrigation system, but some plumbing had to be done before a new system could be connected. It appears the old system was replaced at least once, maybe twice after the original system was installed. The original irrigation system was installed around the same time the foundation was laid. The old 2-inch galvanized pipe had to be replaced with 1-inch copper. A new shutoff ball valve replaced the old, non-functional gate valve. My technician did an excellent job under a less-than-ideal work environment. There was a cupboard built around the original plumbing, and all the external wood panels had to be removed for access to the plumbing, leaving only the framing studs in place. Work performed by the assigned technician was meticulous and to the specs required by irrigation team installers. Shaw's Plumbing Services was unanimously recommended to me by two other contracting outfits doing some work for me. I can see why Shaw's was the go-to plumbing service after the job Shaw’s technician did for me. And... Shaw’s quote was well under three other bids from competing plumbing companies. Between glowing recommendations from other installation outfits, Shaw's fair pricing, and Shaw’s guarantee for a job done correctly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shaw's plumbing to my friends and family - and to you, too, if you're reading this!
