The nice lady, I think her name was Dawn, that scheduled the appointment on the phone was friendly and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing the proper lingo haha.
Tim showed up right on time and was very professional and helpful. Gave wonderful explanations to all of my questions. He didn't bat an eye when I did the classic, "While you're here can you look at this too?" He genuinely just seemed happy to help.

Today I found water damage in our basement ceiling. I called Shaw Plumbing and the individual I spoke to, Colton, was very pleasant to talk to. David came to our house within 2 hours of the phone call and gave us a quote and several different options that could both mitigate our issue and meet our financial constrictions.
