I called Shaw Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning as I had water all over the floor soaking my carpet and I could not trace it. Clay and Brandon came out a day earlier than scheduled and diagnosed my issues right away with great expertise. The unit needed to be replaced due to the fact it was 30 years old. Clay and Brandon had the old unit drained and removed and had the new one up and running the same day. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. They left no sign they were even there and made sure I had all the information I needed to run the new unit efficiently and effectively. This company will be my go-to from now on for all things they can handle, their prices were fair and their willingness to help to resolve the issues was above and beyond. The nice lady, I think her name was Dawn, that scheduled the appointment on the phone was friendly and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing the proper lingo haha.
Tim showed up right on time and was very professional and helpful. Gave wonderful explanations to all of my questions. He didn't bat an eye when I did the classic, "While you're here can you look at this too?" He genuinely just seemed happy to help.

Below is the comment I added several years ago. Since that time, we have always used Shaw Plumbing. Now that they do heating and air, that's an added plus. Jason and Dalton were just here and we had our annual mini boiler cleaned. So happy that Shaw now has heating included. They did a great job, very polite, always happy with anything that Shaw does in our house!
We just moved from Los Angeles to Washington 2 months ago. We were prepared, in advance, that due to the age of the home there would be repairs needed. We contacted a few plumbing companies for bids on getting rid of the galvanized pipes, replacing with Pex. We contacted Shaw Plumbing for a bid. I went through everything with Tracy, then Hank. Hank provided us with a very fair bid.
They just finished the job with minimal holes in the walls! We were extremely happy with the results!! They were here for 3 days and while here they were very friendly and respectful. We will never use any other plumber and we will always recommend them.

He did a quick repair at no charge but let us know it was only temporary and we would need it replaced. We decided to do that yesterday.
